Occupants may choose a non-air conditioned room or an air conditioned room. Our Room is good for 4 persons, 6 persons and 8 persons. Our rate is inclusive of the following water, LPG, and electricity (but each occupant has an allowable KWH consumption and will pay for the extra KWH consumed base on the billing rate andusually applicable to air conditioned rooms{no extra fees to be collected}. Each room has a submeter).

 
While our rate for Transient/Short Stays Occupants is from PHP250 per night to Php 400 per person will depend on the room type.
